go to the download middens vs. 2.2 on the rpgmaker site it links, but don’t click the download button at the button. instead there’s a download button at the top right next to some stars, click that. should work then, at least it did for me.

Just a note to point out that version 3.3 has been released and is what the author considers his final update and a like a “director’s cut”. The download link above should work, and also the one here. The Mac version is not yet patched.
