1. I am stuck in the later section (the bit that involves the flashlight) getting the same screens over and over again for approx 10 minutes now. Am I just failing to find the answer here, or is there a trick to it somehow? Or have I bugged it and should restart?

I was really really enjoying it and can’t wait to finish

    • I’m not sure if there are multiple ways to get to the end but I

continued to follow the sound of digging

This is unbelievably good, so well written. I totally get the Ito vibe from it, nice inspirations all round. Horrifying. D:

    • it just repeats like that. keep going

  2. My favorite Twine game ever. Really amazing story.

  3. terrifying, and very well written.

  4. I’m not getting any sound at all. Whatever atmosphere people are reporting, I’m not getting it. I’m just reading this sort of creepy story but not really feeling it.

    Chrome on XP.

    • The audio content only begins after the passage reading “Flashlight ready, I went into the basement”.

In other comments, I’m reading the influences in the credits and can definitely feel each one.

  5. Wow, what an amazing game. It creeped the hell out of me. I would be very interested in playing more games from Michael Lutz, but I can’t find any. Is this the only game he has ever made? I certainly hope it’s not the last. “Creepy” horror of that quality is hard to find.

  6. OMG! Thanks for the link, Porpentine. That game is even better than this one! Can anyone find Michael Lutz’s other games?

  7. Is the whole site down? Every link to correlatedcontents is giving me a 500 error. Anyone know if there’s anywhere else to play it? (or when the site will be working again?)
