    I like that the mechanics mean that when you flub a jump, you can quickly press Control to make a platform and (if you’re quick enough) hopefully make the jump subsequently easier. That by itself feels like an interesting spin on things.

      That was one of my favourite incidental mechanics- deaths almost always contribute to progress, bit by bit. Ride on the ghostly corpses of your ancestors to victory!
