This was one of my favorite games on the Atari 2600!
That’s a well chosen pull quote. The game itself is a pretty slow remake, easy to see where it’s going after a minute’s play. But then you jump to the next phase without warning, asteroids start coming from parts of the screen you can’t shoot. An implicit covenant between developer and player breaks and *anything* can happen.
