Though it’s counter-intuitive, you can make the dragon and one goblin destroy each other at the same time – just put the goblin right in front of the dragon.

It has everything I like in a puzzle. a) it looks simple b) it’s misleading and c) almost impossible to brute force without d) the “aha”-moment.
