When I read these, I am always on the look out for places I recognize. I read the descriptions of streets and imagine that they might be just around the corner.

I've been lucky enough to escape abuse for much of my life. When I read this I remembered the one time, walking through the park behind my house, and hearing someone say "that guy".

I wonder how many people, on playing this, confront the dude like they never would have in real life. This would be an interesting metric to track (and one could track it). I played it concervative, for the record.
