Bennett. Bennett. Why does everything on this scenic, lovely planet want to MURDER ME?
I don’t know if I’ve ever played an exploration platformer that was so immediately hostile to the player. Ragequit on the boss at the end of the fire cave.
I should add that the game’s difficulty isn’t a bad thing. The developer owns it — feels intentional, not the result of sloppy design.
I just don’t personally have the patience or skill to persevere any further. And judging from the screenshots on the dev’s site, I’ve barely scratched the surface.
Yeah, it’s a pretty huge game.
