I have no idea what kind of quadruped those vicious dog-like things are, but they’re so ridiculous that homing missiles hardly every manage to hit them before you’ve died. It’s a bit discouraging to replay the game because of them.
That aside, I managed to obtain the “unremarkable learning” ending.
