Playing these Ludlum Dare games is so often an exercise in frustration, because you can see the potential in their original idea but there’s only so much you can do in that 48 hours.
This could be the basis of something really great, but I found myself spending way longer than the author probably intended running around trying to trigger the next stage of progression. The hit boxes for what would trigger new bits of dialogue or environmental changes were often quite obtuse.
Having said that, I did persevere because I got hooked in, so credit to whoever made this for making something so compelling in a short space of time.
I found this one quite unnerving; doesn’t happen to me too often.
I still have no idea what the hell happened in the end.
